In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, cream, and corn syrup; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add bourbon, vanilla extract, and salt, whisking to combine.
Remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into individual jars. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature before using.
