Coconut Frosting
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
- Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until creamy and spreadable.
- Frost cake and sprinkle coconut over the top.
