Coconut Icing
 
MAKES ABOUT 6 CUPS
Ingredients
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 7 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth. Beat in coconut extract.
