Coconut Glaze

Ingredients
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, coconut milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Use immediately.
