Honey Basil Pesto
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces fresh arugula
- 2 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1 (1-ounce) package fresh basil
- 1 (1-ounce) package fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- In the container of a blender, place all ingredients; process until smooth. Use immediately.
