CARAMEL CREAM CHEESE ICING
 
MAKES 6 CUPS
Ingredients
  • 2 (13.4-ounce) cans dulce de leche
  • 1 pound unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 5 cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat dulce de leche, butter, and cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth. Refrigerate until thickened.
