In a medium saucepan, bring peaches, sugar, and 1 cup water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat; cover and let steep for 30 minutes.
Strain mixture into a 2-quart pitcher. Add 6 cups boiling water, iced tea bags, and passion herbal tea bags. Let steep for 6 minutes. Let cool completely. Serve over ice. Garnish with peaches, if desired.
