Brandied Whipped Cream
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream, confectioners’ sugar, brandy, and vanilla with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
