White Chocolate Mousse
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (3.3-ounce) box white chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together pudding mix, sour cream, and cream.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar at low speed until combined. Add pudding mixture, and beat until fluffy, about 1 minute. Refrigerate until ready to use. Stir to loosen before using.
