Red Wine Vinaigrette
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil. Use immediately.
