¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
½ teaspoon apple pie spice
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
½ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup old-fashioned oats
¼ cup quick-cooking oats
Instructions
In the work bowl of a food processor, place flour, brown sugar, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and salt; pulse until combined. Add cold butter, and pulse until mixture is crumbly.
In a medium bowl, combine butter mixture, almonds, and oats. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
