Strawberry Jam Frosting
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1¾ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whole buttermilk
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat butter, jam, and salt with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and well combined, stopping occasionally to scrape sides of bowl.
  2. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating just until combined. Add buttermilk; beat on medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape sides of bowl. Use immediately.
