Coconut Mousse
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box coconut-cream-flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and cream cheese. Beat at medium speed with a mixer until creamy. Add sour cream and confectioners’ sugar, beating until combined. Add cream and coconut extract; beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
