Rémoulade Sauce
 
MAKES 1 CUP
Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Garnish: fresh chives, paprika
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chives and paprika, if desired.
