Lemon Buttercream
 
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup salted butter, softened
  • 2¼ cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat butter with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla, beating until well combined. Add lemon juice and milk, and beat at high speed until smooth and spreadable.
