Raspberry Sauce
 
MAKES ABOUT 2½ CUPS
Ingredients
  • 8 cups fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring raspberries and sugar to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally; cook until mixture has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
