In a large bowl, combine beans, radishes, cucumbers, and salt. Let stand 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, oil, and sugar. Add mustard mixture, parsley, dill, and chives to bean mixture and stir until combined. Garnish with radish leaves, if desired.
