Grapefruit-Basil Fizz
- 1 small grapefruit, sliced
- 6 to 8 fresh basil leaves
- 4 (12-ounce) bottles grapefruit sparkling water
- 4 (6.8-ounce) bottles ginger beer
- 4 (7.5-ounce) cans grapefruit soda Ice
- Garnish: grapefruit slices, fresh basil sprigs
- Muddle grapefruit in bottom of a large pitcher. Add fresh basil leaves and stir to bruise leaves.
- Add sparkling water, ginger beer, grapefruit soda, and ice to pitcher and stir to mix.
- Garnish with grapefruit and basil, if desired.
