Refreshing Sunrise Smoothies
 
MAKES 6 SERVINGS
Ingredients
  • 4½ cups coconut water, divided
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks, divided
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, peaches, and bananas mix*
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
Instructions
  1. In the container of a blender, place 1½ cups coconut water, 1 cup mango, and raspberries; pulse until smooth. Divide mixture among 6 serving glasses.
  2. In the container of a blender, place frozen fruit mix and 1½ cups coconut water; pulse until smooth. Pour mixture over first layer in glasses.
  3. In the container of a blender, place peaches, remaining 1½ cups coconut water, and remaining 1 cup mango; pulse until smooth. Pour mixture over second layer in glasses.
  4. Using a butter knife, gently swirl layers together in a folding motion. Serve immediately.
