Country Ham-Wrapped Dates
 
MAKES 6 TO 8 SERVINGS
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Gruyère cheese
  • 20 pitted dates
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced country ham
  • Wooden picks
Instructions
  1. Cut cheese into 20 (1½×¼-inch) pieces. Stuff each date with 1 piece of cheese.
  2. Wrap 1 small ham slice around each stuffed date, and secure ham with a wooden pick.
