Country Ham-Wrapped Dates
- 4 ounces Gruyère cheese
- 20 pitted dates
- 6 ounces thinly sliced country ham
- Wooden picks
- Cut cheese into 20 (1½×¼-inch) pieces. Stuff each date with 1 piece of cheese.
- Wrap 1 small ham slice around each stuffed date, and secure ham with a wooden pick.
