1 (1.9-ounce) package frozen mini phyllo cups, thawed
¼ chopped pears
¼ cup chopped Brie cheese (rind removed)
Garnish: chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and aromatic, 2 minutes. Stir in cream, salt, pepper, and mustard. Simmer, stirring frequently, until thickened, 2 minutes.
Arrange phyllo cups on prepared baking sheet. Fill each cup with a single layer of pears. Top evenly with cream mixture, then with cheese.
Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with chives, if desired.
