Tinto de Verano
 
MAKES 6 TO 8 SERVINGS
Ingredients
  • 2 (750-milliliter) bottles fruity red wine, chilled
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sweet vermouth
  • 4 cups citrus sparkling water, chilled
  • Garnish: fresh mint, fresh citrus slices
Instructions
  1. Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice. Add wine, lemon, orange, and vermouth. Top with sparkling water. Serve over more ice. Garnish with mint and citrus, if desired.
