Parsley Caper Sauce
 
Makes ¾ cup
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor, combine first 7 ingredients and process until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add oil in a slow, steady stream until mixture is thick and well combined. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve immediately.
