Almond Buttercream
 
Makes 3 Cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 31⁄2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat butter with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar, and almond extract, starting at low speed and gradually increasing to high, until combined and fluffy. Use immediately.
