Goat Cheese Mousse
 
Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (4-ounce) package goat cheese, softened
  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream at high speed with an electric mixer until medium peaks form; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, and ginger. Beat at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold cheese mixture into whipped cream. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
