Anchored by a whitewashed herringbone brick floor, this bright foyer garners extra pizzazz from a dramatic wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries. The vinyl mural of blue-and-white saucer magnolia blossoms on an ebony background is both visually striking and very durable, perfectly suiting the high-traffic space and the homeowner’s style.

Alabama designer Trini Bryant selected pastel blue-green hues for the exterior trim and door of this Greek Revival home. Colorful plants, rocking chairs, and a wooden porch swing topped with plush pillows enhance the porch’s air of hospitality.
