Southwestern-Style Guacamole
MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
- 3 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Garnish: fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt, stirring until just combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
