Each summer, chefs come together in the culinary capital of the United States to cook before a live audience and present their dishes to a notable panel of six national judges who score based on presentation, creativity, composition, craftsmanship, flavor and more. Featuring a parade, entertaining hosts and renowned chefs, it’s a don’t-miss event.

This year, the Louisiana Office of Tourism and Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board want to send you there! One lucky person will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to New Orleans for the 2019 Great American Seafood Cook-off to serve as a non-counting judge and name superlative winners!
