Orange Flower Lollipops

Ingredients
- Lollipop sticks
- Assortment of edible dried flowers*
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
Instructions
- Place lollipop sticks into desired small silicone molds. Arrange 2 to 3 dried flowers into each mold.
- In a small saucepan, combine corn syrup and sugar over medium-high heat, gently stirring until sugar dissolves. Once mixture begins to boil, stop stirring. Boil until a candy thermometer registers 300 ̊. Remove from heat and stir in extract. Let cool until most bubbles have dissipated. Pour into mold over flowers, using a toothpick to rearrange flowers if necessary. Let cool at room temperature until candy is set, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
