A Uniquely Traditional Georgia Abode

Uniquely TraditionalThoughtful design and custom treatments combine for a sense of timeless serenity in this traditional Georgia abode.
Beautiful hand-painted de Gournay wallpaper inspired designer Patricia McLean’s approach to this elegant dining room.

An antique chiffonier’s faux curtains and brass grilles make it as much an art piece as the collection of cut glass it displays.

Patricia started with a blank slate for the downstairs rooms and had free rein to choose wall treatments, light fixtures, and furnishings, allowing her to achieve a seamless vision of traditional elegance.

A pair of antique French bouillotte side tables and hand-painted chinoiserie prints are the perfect accompaniments to the living room’s timeless look.

The homeowners’ love for wallpaper gave Patricia an opportunity to dress the master bath and downstairs powder room with wall coverings that lend luminous top notes.

A tranquil master bedroom features alabaster lamps topped with muted azure shades and a custom sky-blue rug with a raised cream pattern. A set of chairs and a four-leaf tufted ottoman in a creamy linen velvet offer a restful respite.
