Southwestern-Style Guacamole

Creamy avocados combine with red onion, jalapeños, lime juice, and plenty of fresh cilantro in this satisfying guacamole dip. Serve it alongside our Roasted Green Chile Queso.

Southwestern-Style Guacamole
 
MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Garnish: fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt, stirring until just combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
