Tinto de Verano
MAKES 6 TO 8 SERVINGS
Ingredients
- 2 (750-milliliter) bottles fruity red wine, chilled
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sweet vermouth
- 4 cups citrus sparkling water, chilled
- Garnish: fresh mint, fresh citrus slices
Instructions
- Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice. Add wine, lemon, orange, and vermouth. Top with sparkling water. Serve over more ice. Garnish with mint and citrus, if desired.
