Watermelon Frosé
MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS
Ingredients
- 6 cups diced watermelon
- 1 (750 ml) bottle rosé
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
- 12 ounces Aperol
- Garnish: watermelon cubes
Instructions
- Arrange diced watermelon in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In the container of a blender, combine frozen watermelon, rosé, lemon juice, and agave nectar. Process on high until smooth.
- Top servings evenly with Aperol. Garnish with watermelon, if desired.
