  • 5 ounces St-Germain
  • 10 ounces pear nectar
  • 1 750-ml bottle Champagne, chilled

Method
 

  1. Pour 1/2 ounce St-Germain and 1 ounce pear nectar into each of the 10 serving glasses.
  2. Top off with chilled Champagne just before serving.
