Bubbly Elderflower Mimosas

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

5 ounces St-Germain
10 ounces pear nectar
1 (750-ml) bottle Champagne, chilled

Instructions

Pour ½ ounce St-Germain and 1 ounce pear nectar into each of the 10 serving glasses.
Top off with chilled Champagne just before serving.
