Vintage-Inspired Valentine’s Dinner for Two

Vintage-Inspired Valentine's Dinner for TwoA lavish tablescape and sumptuous supper take cues from days gone by, setting the tone for a celebration of lasting love.

Old-Fashioned Charm

Borrow from winter’s soft palette to create a heartwarming scene fit for doting on your special someone. A faded floral tablecloth serves as the backdrop for an organic runner composed of eucalyptus swags interspersed with pink stock, ivory tea roses, and antique pearls. The display culminates in a lovely centerpiece of garden roses, hydrangeas, tulips, ranunculus, and dusty miller. Heirloom silver and cream-colored china enhance the dreamy aesthetic, while vintage valentine cards and petite gifts add sentimental flair.

A Spread for Sweethearts

Begin with a tangy Orange and Radicchio Salad that’s as pretty as it is appetizing. Wine-Braised Short Ribs make for a hearty main course, accompanied by Browned Butter–Herb Noodles and lemony asparagus sprinkled with Parmesan and walnuts.
